Hosting does not happen at a desk. It happens in a doorway with a guest waiting, on a scooter between two villas, in a room where the aircon has just failed. The mobile app is built for those moments — not as a shrunken dashboard, but as a handful of screens that each answer one question.

It is not released yet. This page shows what is being built and lets you be told the day it ships.

### When does the app launch?

It is in build now, iOS and Android together. We have not put a date on this page because we would rather ship it late than announce it twice. Santara AI accounts hear first.

### Will it cost extra?

No. When it ships, the app is part of your plan. There is no mobile tier and no per-seat charge for your cleaners or maintenance staff.

### Do my cleaners need accounts?

Not today. When the app ships, cleaners get their own login with a cleaner-only view — tasks, photos, done. Until then, and after, their day's jobs reach them the way they do today — shared to WhatsApp or Zalo in one tap, or by email — so nobody is forced onto an app to keep working.

### Does it work without signal?

The cleaning screens are being built to. Tasks, checklists and photos will be captured offline and upload when signal returns — a villa's back rooms are exactly where a cleaner loses coverage.

### Does it replace the web dashboard?

No, and it is not meant to. Anything you study rather than act on — pricing analysis, reports, settings — stays on the web. The phone carries what needs a decision now.
