It is assembled from the same data the brief is: reservations from Airbnb and Booking.com, cleaning status from your team's jobs, and the tickets nobody has closed yet. Nothing here is typed in by hand, so nothing here is out of date.

### How is this different from the Daily Brief?

The brief is sent to you once, at 6:00am (or the hour you choose), and tells you what to do today. The dashboard is the live version you open any time after that — the same facts, plus the 30-day numbers the brief deliberately leaves out.

### Does it cover every property at once?

Yes. The default view is the whole portfolio, and you can narrow to one building when you want to look at it on its own.

### Where do the revenue numbers come from?

From the reservations themselves, in your own display currency. They are what the channels actually reported, not a forecast or a projection.

### Do I have to set it up?

No. Connect Airbnb or Booking.com and the dashboard fills itself from the listings you import — there is no separate configuration step.
