Host is $9.99 a listing, with no base fee and nothing bundled: the schedule half of the Daily Brief, channel sync, cleaning, one-tap WhatsApp and Zalo sharing of your cleaners' day, and maintenance tickets. Operator is $29 with your first listing included and $25 for each one after, and adds the half that tells you what to do about it — AI insights, the tomorrow preview, the unified inbox, guest profiles, pricing insights and upsell opportunities. Portfolio is $254 with 10 listings included, then $18 each. Above 40 listings, Enterprise is quoted directly, with an SLA and dedicated onboarding.

Six listings comes to $59.94 a month on Host, or $154 on Operator — and on Operator and above, your per-listing cost falls every time you add a listing.

## FAQ

### Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first 3 months are free, for up to 3 listings. A card is needed to start, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then. Connecting a fourth listing during the trial starts your plan that day.

### What does “0% commission” actually mean?

Santara AI takes 0% of your bookings, permanently, on every channel. Guest upsells are included from Operator up and we take no cut of them either. Direct bookings from your own site included. One flat subscription, no revenue share.

### Do I pay for staff seats?

No. Cleaners, drivers and maintenance are unlimited, and they never need a login at all — you share their day to WhatsApp or Zalo in one tap, or it reaches them by email.

### What does an extra property cost?

The next door's own rate, and nothing else: $25 for doors up to 10, $18 from door 11, $12 from door 41. There is no bundle to outgrow and no step up when you cross a band — the rate simply drops for the doors above it. A listing added mid-cycle is charged pro-rata for the rest of that cycle, and billing follows your active property count from the next renewal.

### Is there a booking or per-reservation fee?

Not on what you are paid. Nothing is deducted from your payout on any channel, at any plan level — no commission, no per-reservation fee, no revenue share. That includes direct bookings from your own site.

### Can I leave?

Any month, with your data. No annual contract and no lock-in.
