Every Santara AI account has a personal referral link and code. When a host signs up with it and starts paying, you earn a share of their payment.

You see every sign-up and every commission on your Refer & earn page. A commission is held for a short period in case the payment is refunded; after that it is owed to you.

We pay owed commissions by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal, in the currency the customer paid in. Partners who are not Santara AI customers can join too — contact us.

### Who can refer?

Anyone with a Santara AI account: open Refer & earn from the account menu to get your link and code. Agencies, consultants and communities that are not customers can join as partners — contact us and we will set you up.

### How much do I earn?

A percentage of what the host you referred pays us. The current rate, and which payments it applies to, is shown at the top of this page and on your Refer & earn page. Some partners have custom terms agreed with us.

### When does a referral count?

When the host signs up through your link or types your code in the sign-up form, within the attribution window shown above. The commission is earned when they pay — a free trial on its own earns nothing.

### When and how am I paid?

Each commission is held for a short period in case the payment is refunded, then it is owed to you. We pay owed commissions by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal — add your payout details on the Refer & earn page.

### What if the customer gets a refund?

A refunded payment earns no commission. If it is still on hold, we cancel it before it is paid.

### Can I refer myself or my own team?

No. A code used on your own account, or on a workspace you are already a member of, does not count.
