No. Owner statements ship today — gross, minus channel fees, minus expenses — but they are not trust accounting. If you need full trust accounting and owner payouts today, Guesty or OwnerRez do that properly and we do not.

### How often are statements produced?

Per property, per month.

### What is actually on one?
