Twelve stays, three neighbourhoods

Kenko means "health" in Japanese, and Kenko Wellness is built around rest, recovery and reset time. Its twelve private villas and suites sit across Uluwatu, Bingin and Umalas in Bali — close to the cliffs, surf and cafes, quiet enough to switch off.

What moved into Santara AI

Kenko Wellness opened its Santara AI workspace on 18 August 2026.

• One calendar. All twelve units and their Airbnb bookings in one place, rates and availability kept in sync.
• One inbox. Guest messages from every booking arrive in the same inbox, with a reply drafted for the team to read and send.
• A direct booking site. kenkowellness.book.santara.ai lists every villa and suite in English, Indonesian and Vietnamese, with no booking fee for the guest.

Reply times, measured

The team already answered guests quickly before Santara AI: in the two weeks before the switch, half of all guest messages had a reply within 6 minutes. September, the first full month of setup, was slower, with a median of 83 minutes. By October the team was back to a median of about 6 minutes, now with every channel in one inbox.
