Common questions
Do I have to rebuild my listings?
No. The site is generated from the properties, rooms, photos and prices already in Santara AI. There is no second CMS to maintain.
Can it double-book against Airbnb?
No. The site sells from the same calendar the channels sync to — a booked night is closed everywhere, not copied between systems.
How do guests pay?
By card, through your own Stripe account (Stripe Connect) — payouts go to you, not to us. Until Stripe is connected, the site runs in request-to-book mode and you approve each inquiry.
What does it cost?
The booking site is part of your subscription. Santara AI takes 0% commission on direct reservations, with no revenue share, and payments go to your own Stripe account.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Today your site lives at yourbrand.book.santara.ai. Custom domains are not available, and we would rather tell you that here than let you discover it after signing up.
