Pricing questions only
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Your first 3 months are free, for up to 3 listings. A card is needed to start, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then. Connecting a fourth listing during the trial starts your plan that day.
What does “0% on channels, 3% on direct” actually mean?
Santara AI takes 0% commission on channel bookings (Airbnb, Booking.com and the rest) and 0% on upsells. It takes 3% commission only on direct bookings made through your Santara AI booking site. Guest upsells are included from Operator up. The rest is one flat subscription.
Do I pay for staff seats?
No. Cleaners, drivers and maintenance are unlimited, and they never need a login at all — you share their day to WhatsApp or Zalo in one tap, or it reaches them by email.
What does an extra property cost?
The next door's own rate, and nothing else: $25 for doors up to 10, $18 from door 11, $12 from door 41. There is no bundle to outgrow and no step up when you cross a band — the rate simply drops for the doors above it. A listing added mid-cycle is charged pro-rata for the rest of that cycle, and billing follows your active property count from the next renewal.
Is there a fee on each booking?
Not on channel bookings or upsells, at any plan level. The only commission is 3% on direct bookings made through your booking site.
