What does the AI do without me?
It prepares. Drafts replies, matches turnovers to cleaners, surfaces the upsells worth offering and ranks open tickets — all before 6am, none of it sent.
Does it ever act on its own?
Not unless you switch that on, deliberately, per account. Approval is the default and stays the default.
What happens when the AI is unsure?
You get the draft and the reason, not an action and an apology.
Does it read my guest messages?
It reads the threads on Airbnb, Booking.com and Expedia to draft replies. Upsell detection, by contrast, runs off your calendar by default rather than your messages.
