Santara AI just got a lot more connected.

Until this week, Santara AI connected directly to two major sales channels: Airbnb and Booking.com. Now, the same channel screen gives you access to 52 channels, including Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com, Traveloka, Tiket.com, Klook, MakeMyTrip, Hostelworld, Google Hotel, Hopper, Ostrovok, and many more.

But the number itself isn't the important part.

The important part is that all 52 channels work from the same calendar and pricing you already manage in Santara AI.

A booking on Traveloka can block the same night on Airbnb. Change a price once, and that price can flow across your connected channels.

More channels should mean more bookings, not more calendars to maintain.

Two types of channel connections — and we're being transparent about the difference

Not every channel connection is built the same way.

Airbnb and Booking.com: built and managed by Santara AI

For Airbnb and Booking.com, Santara AI manages the connection end to end.

We handle your calendar, rates, minimum stays, restrictions, synchronization, failure detection, and retries.

That means we can work directly with the specific requirements of each platform — from how Airbnb handles nightly pricing and stays to the restrictions and rate-plan rules supported by Booking.com.

We've built these integrations ourselves, so we can take responsibility for what happens at the individual rate-plan level.

The other 50 channels: connected through your channel manager

The remaining channels are connected through your channel manager's mapping system, embedded directly inside Santara AI.

You still stay in one product. You still manage your operations from Santara AI. And the connections are live: bookings flow back into your calendar, inbox, cleaning board, and reports just like other reservations.

The difference is that the mapping itself is handled by the channel manager rather than Santara AI.

We think it's important to say this clearly.

Most channel managers present their channel count as one big number. But 52 channels do not mean 52 integrations built to exactly the same depth.

We'd rather tell you which connections we control end to end than let you discover the difference when you're trying to push a rate at 11 PM.

Both are real connections. One is simply closer to home.

You'll know when a channel is ready

Connecting a new channel isn't always instant.

The channel needs to accept the property, room and rate mappings need to settle, and existing reservations need to be imported.

Previously, that could mean refreshing the page and wondering whether everything had finished.

Now, Santara AI notifies you when the channel has successfully connected and the initial reservation import is complete.

Start the connection, close the tab, and we'll tell you when it's ready.

Booking.com gets sharper

We've also made several improvements to the Booking.com experience.

Connection failures now explain themselves

Instead of a generic error, Santara AI now tells you what went wrong — including problems related to the hotel ID, property configuration, or connection details.

Less guessing. Faster fixes.

Manual mapping when automatic mapping isn't enough

Automatic room and rate-plan matching works most of the time.

But properties don't always use the same names everywhere.

If a room or rate plan doesn't match correctly, you can now override the mapping manually instead of opening a support ticket.

Booking.com stays now reach your cleaning board

Booking.com reservations can now flow into the cleaning workflow just like Airbnb reservations.

Assign the right cleaner, and the turnover appears where your team expects it.

A better direct booking experience

Your direct booking site has also moved.

It is now available directly from the main navigation instead of being buried inside Settings.

And you can customize its appearance with:

  • Colours
  • Section backgrounds
  • Fonts

Your direct booking site should feel like part of your business — not another settings page.

More useful Daily Briefs

The Daily Brief now highlights units that may not be ready for the next arrival and calls out gaps between stays.

The goal is simple: give you the information you need before the problem reaches your guest.

Cleaner owner statements

Electricity and water are now separate expense categories.

Instead of both being buried under general utilities, owner statements can show them independently.

Small change. Much clearer reporting.

Push notifications in your language

Push notifications now follow your selected language, making Santara AI easier to use across English, Indonesian, and Vietnamese teams.

And a lot of smaller improvements

There are also plenty of changes that may only matter if you've run into the problem yourself:

  • Documentation opens in a new tab, so you don't lose your current page.
  • Messages and Reviews unread counts update instantly instead of waiting up to five minutes.
  • Unread counts no longer get stuck when returning to a background tab.
  • Reviews can now be marked as read.
  • Features outside your plan are shown as locked instead of hidden, so you can see what's available.
  • Adding a listing beyond your plan now asks for confirmation before charging you.
  • Adding a room during your trial no longer changes your subscription.
  • Team chat is now sorted by most recent activity.
  • Manually created bookings are editable, so you can correct a name or date without deleting the booking.
  • Turnovers no longer display the wrong service on the cleaning board.
  • Upsell offers can no longer be created with a price of zero.
  • Booking status wording is now consistent across English, Indonesian, and Vietnamese.

One more thing: we're Santara AI

If you've been using the product under our previous name, don't worry.

Your account is the same. Your login is the same. Your data is the same. Your settings are the same.

Only the name on the door has changed.

We're Santara AI now.

And we're building toward one simple idea:

More channels. One calendar. Less work.
